Millstone’s number one priority during the Covid-19 pandemic is the safety of us all. As such, we are adopting a number of measures so you can continue to enjoy Millstone beers. We appreciate your help with this during this difficult time.

Ordering:

Placing of orders to be preferably taken over the phone, email or via our website order form.

Payment:

Preferably orders to be prepaid prior to delivery or collection from the brewery. See Payment section below for more details.

Collection:

Millstone has adopted a 2 metre social distancing system which will be in place during collection of orders, this includes while making payment by card or cash.

If you have prepaid for your order prior to collection we will load it directly into the boot of your car.

Deliveries:

We will place your beer outside your door and back a minimum of 2 metres before you open.

We check our messages regularly and will contact you upon receiving your order to arrange payment, collection or delivery.

Delivery

If you require local delivery please discuss with a member of the Millstone team.

Please ensure someone over the age of 18 is available to receive delivery of an order. If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25 please have a valid form of identification ready.

Collection

Orders can be collected directly from the brewery. Please check out opening times here.

Currently collection from the brewery is by arrangement only. We will let you know when your order will be ready to be collected.

Payment

Payment for orders can be made by the following methods:

Card over the phone.
Cash or card on collection.
Online payments via website.*
BACs (direct bank transfer).**

*Online payments via website are currently not operational.

**If paying by BACs please allow upto three days for payments to clear before we can provide your order.
